目前，功能性消化不良（FD）的病因及发病机制尚未完全明确，早期研究发现FD的发病与胃肠运动功能障碍、内脏高敏感、幽门螺杆菌感染、精神心理因素、脑肠肽水平异常等有关。近年来，十二指肠微炎症、肠道菌群失调等因素在FD的发病中日益受到关注，成为新的研究热点。
Abstract：At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia(FD) have not been fully clarified.Early studies have found that the incidence of FD is related to gastrointestinal motor dysfunction,visceral hypersensitivity,helicobacter pylori infection,psychopsychological factors,abnormal levels of brain-gut peptide,etc.In recent years,duodenal microinflammation and intestinal microflora disorder have attracted increasing attention in the pathogenesis of FD,and become a new research hotspot.
