目的 探讨老年功能性便秘患者的生活质量现状，并探讨影响其生活质量的因素。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年6月在延安大学附属医院就诊的280例老年功能性便秘患者为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、积极心理资本量表(PPQ)、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)对其进行横断面调查，采取单因素分析、相关性分析及多元线性回归，分析影响老年功能性便秘患者生活质量的相关因素。结果 老年功能性便秘患者PAC-QOL量表得分为(60.38±16.74)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，性别、年龄、文化程度、症状持续时间、饮食量、心理资本水平是影响老年功能性便秘患者生活质量的独立影响因素(调整R2=0.844,P<0.001)。结论 老年功能性便秘患者生活质量水平较低，且除一般资料中性别、年龄、文化程度、症状持续时间、饮食量等因素影响外，心理资本水平也是其生活质量高低的重要预测因子。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the status quo of quality of life in elderly patients with functional constipation, and to explore the factors affecting their quality of life. Method A total of 280 elderly patients with functional constipation who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. General data questionnaire, Positive Phychological Questionnaire(PPQ) and Patient-Assessment of constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL) were used to conduct a cross-sectional investigation. Single factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the related factors affecting the quality of life of elderly patients with functional constipation. Results The score of PAC-QOL in elderly patients with functional constipation was 60. 38±16. 74. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, age, educational level, symptom duration, diet and psychological capital were independent factors affecting the quality of life of elderly patients with functional constipation(adjusted R2=0. 844, P<0. 001). Conclusions The quality of life of elderly patients with functional constipation is low, and in addition to gender, age, education, duration of symptoms, diet and other factors in the general data, psychological capital level is also an important predictor of quality of life.
