三酰甘油—葡萄糖(TyG)指数作为评估胰岛素抵抗的可靠指标,近年来在心血管疾病领域也受到了广泛的关注。大量研究表明TyG指数与心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后密切相关。此外,人体成分参数如体质量指数、腰围身高比等也被认为与心力衰竭的发生和发展密切相关。本文旨在探讨TyG指数升高及其与人体测量学指标(体质量指数和腰围身高比)相结合在心力衰竭发病及不良预后中的应用进展,以期为临床实践提供理论依据。
Abstract:The triglyceride-glucose(TyG) index, recognized as a reliable marker for assessing insulin resistance, has received increasing attention in the field of cardiovascular diseases in recent years. Numerous studies have demonstrated a close association between the TyG index and the occurrence, progression, and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, body composition parameters, such as body mass index(BMI) and waist-to-height ratio(WHtR), have also been linked to the development and progression of heart failure. This article aims to explore the clinical implications of an elevated TyG index, particularly in combination with anthropometric indicators(BMI and WHtR), in the onset and adverse prognosis of heart failure, with the goal of providing a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
